A partir del antiguo refrán ‘zapatero a tus zapatos’, Partiquino reflexiona sobre el origen y significado de este, haciendo también un análisis de sus alcances y la forma en que constantemente se generan enfrentamientos entre distintos oficios. Para el autor, debiera ser premisa obligatoria en la constitución de cada país este refrán, desde el cual se evitarían grandes problemas tanto sociales como políticos.
