El tango, para Partiquino, es esencia transversal de toda Latinoamérica. Si bien nace en Argentina, y ahí pertenecen sus raíces, este se ha movilizado por todo el continente latino, donde se valora y se escucha con candor y complacencia. Uniendo de distintas maneras a cada país, el tango funciona como vena que traspasa y entibia a toda la población, haciéndola sentir parte de un mismo territorio.
