Al no alcanzar un acuerdo sobre los actores y los criterios para realizarla, Vodanovic decide retirar su obra de los teatros Arlequín y Bancario, sin embargo, se expresa abierto a entregarla de todos modos si el interés de Cuadra persiste, acordando previamente algunos aspectos a considerar.
